Model Hydro Boat Plans

I have heard mostly really good reviews of newton's plans and drawings but $75 (plus shipping) for one set of drawings of one boat (three pages if i understand correctly, bulkheads, three view, and markings) seems a bit much just for one 1/48 scale model..
